Room temperature was frustratingly high without air conditioning!!! The check-in process needs more staff during peak times, as waiting in line was a drag!!! Better organization in the dining areas could significantly improve guest experiences!!!

The kids club was fantastic they really took care of the kids and milk and cookies every night how can you beat that Plus the swimming pool was real nice and clean
